ABOUT THE RENTAL

This is one of the most unique homes at Havasu Lake.

There is plenty of room in this spacious three bedroom, two full bath, 1,400 square foot lake home. Beautiful fully furnished home. The living room has a gigantic U-shaped sectional sofa perfect to watch the 60 inch 4K TV complete with surround sound,. Culinary dream kitchen has granite counter-tops and ample bar stool seating for socializing while preparing the gang’s next meal or snack.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and its own private bathroom, with a skylight that perfectly frames the star filled desert sky.The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed also with a pullout trundle. The adjacent second full bathroom was remodeled and has its own impressive skylight filling it with natural light.

The pictures really do not do this house justice. There is so much room for a lot of people. There's games, pool, darts and even a sweet grill. Just a short 60 second walk to the water too. Fantastic house. Highly recommend.

Honestly I usually don't like going on vacation because I am a neat freak and I like a very clean environment, but this beautiful vacation rental was perfect!!!! It was meticulously clean, it was open and airy, it was affordable, the views were to die for and the owner was fantastic to work with!!! This is by far one of the best vacations we have had in a very long time. There was something to do for all of us......my 2 teenage boys included! House was very cozy, clean, spacious, modern and provided an enjoyable atmosphere for my family. The deck views were spectacular and provided a variety of games, pool table to pass the time. Boat slip was great feature to have ( if you are in to Boating) made it very easy to access our boat and get on the water quickly without wasting any time. Overall, we would definitely book Major's Toy Box again; in fact, the wife and I are already planning to visit next year. We highly recommend Major's Toy Box as your summer retreat!

Best place we have stayed at so far! Hoping to keep this our “little secret.” Owner was awesome! Great at communicating and quick to respond. The house was clean and full of all the amenities; we thoroughly enjoyed all the games. A stunning view of the lake from the house/balcony. A quick walk to the ferry so we could easily cross to London Bridge. Everyone in the area was friendly. We will definitely be back.
